| Heart Care |
|
Please note we do recommend you check with your Doctor before self treatment. Prevention is always
better than a cure, so we will start with a formula that reduces stress,
improves circulation and the nervous system and also lowers high blood
pressure. Blend together 1 drop each of Rosemary, Hyssop and Bergamot, then
you can either add this to your bath when full or blend into a teaspoon of
Almond oil to use as a body massage |

| More Heart Care |
|
Use this either in your
bath or as a massage oil, When massaging concentrate on the shoulders, back of
your neck and both sides of your arms always working towards the heart, this
will improve the blood circulation.
Blend together 2 drops Cardomon oil,
1 drop Geranium oil, 2 drops Clary Sage oil and 1 drop Bergamot oil, either add
directly to your full bath or blend into a teaspoon of Almond oil for
massage |

| Stress and Strain Relief |

Choose from the list below
a combination that you would like or a single oil to use in a bath or for
massage, all are excellent stress busters so no matter what the combination you
will be doing your self good, the aroma is your choice
Bergamot, Clary
Sage, Cypress and Basil.
Any combination add to 5 drops in your bath
water when full, or 50 drops per 30ml Almond oil for massage. |

| Stimulate Circulation |

Choose from the list below
a combination that you would like or a single oil to use in a bath or for
massage, all are excellent scirculation stimulators so no matter what the
combination you will be doing your self good, the aroma is your
choice.
Geranium, Rosemary, Rose Maroc, Hyssop, Black Pepper, Cardomon
and Ginger
Any combination add to 5 drops in your bath water when full,
or 50 drops per 30ml Almond oil for massage. |
