We have a SECURE (https) ONLINE payment system for credit/debit cards in GBP (United Kingdom Pounds) with Protx in conjunction with HSBC. We do not accept Electron cards. RANDOM CHECKS WILL BE REGULARLY CARRIED OUT including random telephone verification to help prevent fraud.
Pay us securely through PAYPAL .. a US based company that securely processes
card payments.
Outstanding Orders - please note that any order not paid for within SEVEN DAYS will be cancelled and items will be re-stocked - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Postage, Packaging & Shipping:
Postal Costs: We have a wide range of postal costs ranging from £1.20 up to a maximum for Mainland UK of £6.95 per package of up to 28kg.
UK Delivery:
Free shipping on all UK orders over £50.00
For UK deliveries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) we use either Royal Mail First Class delivery or Parcel Force dependant upon weight of package. Customers will be notifed of which service is used and for Parcel Force a tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch of your order. If no one is available to accept deliveries Parcel Force will leave you a card with a telephone number to re-arrange a delivery time.
Dispatch is normally within 48hrs - during busy times dispatch is normally within 5 days.
Postage and packing rates are automatically calculated and will show when you reach the checkout.
Recorded Delivery: For peace of mind we offer this additional service to you. This gives you a postage receipt (should things to astray!). This option is available on the check out page for First Class postings, please tick the box should you require it.
International Delivery:
ALL international orders are sent by either International Signed For, Euro 48 (from date of dispatch) or Parcel Force Express. A signature will be required upon delivery for ALL international orders. The shipping rates will now be automatically calculated when you place your order. If you are at all concerned over our international postage rates please contact us before ordering.
If for some reason your parcel fails to arrive you should contact us and we will investigate this for you.
You should refuse to accept the delivery if there is obvious damage to your products, the courier will then return the package to us for inspection .. you should also contact us to let us know about this problem.
Please check all deliveries on arrival and notify us within THREE working days if there are any discrepancies/damage.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us however due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns unless the products are found to be either damaged or defective in some way.
If for some reason you find this to be the case then firstly please contact us to tell us of the problem within 7 days of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible after we have investigated the problem.
You should refuse to accept the delivery if there is obvious damage to your products, the courier will then return the package to us for inspection, you should also contact us to let us know about this problem, a new delivery will then be arranged.
We apologise but we cannot accept returns because you have simply changed your mind and no longer require the products ordered.
Refunds are not usually given unless you specifically state a replacement for the product would not be acceptable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
